Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement Overview
By booking services with Ameriqar Transport INC, you agree to the terms outlined below. We act as a transportation provider and/or broker, arranging the shipment of vehicles and freight through our network of carriers or our own fleet.
2. Service Authorization
The customer authorizes Ameriqar Transport INC and its assigned carriers to transport the vehicle or freight from the pickup location to the designated destination. While we strive to meet all estimated pickup and delivery dates, these are not guaranteed due to factors such as weather conditions, mechanical issues, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pickup & Delivery Conditions
Door-to-door service will be provided whenever possible. However, if access is restricted due to road conditions, low-clearance areas, or safety concerns, the customer may be required to meet the driver at a nearby accessible location.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Vehicles must be in operable condition unless otherwise disclosed
- Fuel level must not exceed half a tank
- The customer or an authorized representative must be present at pickup and delivery
- The customer agrees not to book with another broker or carrier for the same shipment once an order is confirmed
Failure to comply may result in additional fees or cancellation without refund.
5. Personal Belongings
Carriers are not licensed to transport personal or household goods. Limited items (up to 100 lbs) may be placed in the trunk at the customer’s discretion. Ameriqar Transport INC and its carriers are not liable for any damage or loss of personal belongings.
6. Insurance & Damage Claims
All shipments are covered by the carrier’s cargo insurance, typically ranging from $100,000 to $250,000.
- Any damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at delivery
- Claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days
- Ameriqar Transport INC is not liable for damages; claims are handled directly with the carrier
Failure to document damage at delivery may result in denial of the claim.
7. Fees & Payments
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking
- Remaining balance is due upon delivery (as agreed)
- Additional fees may apply for:
- Non-operational vehicles ($150)
- Rescheduling ($75)
- Misrepresentation of shipment details
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders canceled within 7 days of scheduled pickup may incur a $200 cancellation fee
- Deposits are non-refundable once a carrier has been assigned
- If a vehicle becomes unavailable after booking, no refund will be issued
9. Delays & Liability
Ameriqar Transport INC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical failures, or other unforeseen events. We are also not liable for any indirect expenses such as rental cars, flights, or loss of income due to delays.
10. Inspection Requirement
Customers must complete a full inspection at both pickup and delivery and sign the Bill of Lading. Failure to do so may result in the inability to file damage claims.
11. Non-Operational Vehicles
A fee of $150 applies to non-running vehicles. This must be disclosed at booking. If a vehicle becomes inoperable during transit, additional charges may apply.
12. Legal Terms
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Ameriqar Transport INC’s liability is limited to its service fees only.
13. Agreement Acceptance
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. The customer also agrees to complete all payments as outlined and not initiate chargebacks without valid cause.
